• Invest in Self-help/resident driven projects rather than programs where your donation mostly supports staff and operations. All donations go entirely to the residents on the Mutuality Platform. The residents are leading their own efforts and improving the community.  In this period we are focusing on changing a small city in Liberia as well as a refugee camp in Uganda.  Your donation will provide a challenge grant to groups of residents that are working collectively to improve their community, create jobs or training for others, etc.  We will invest in their most impactful projects.  Those residents will be leading the work and also investing some of their savings, so they are very committed to Getting it Done!

About The Project

WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Previous investments went to a fishing village to set up a store where they now sell concrete and
nets.  The store is now self-supporting and expanding.  Investments also went to expand a clinic from serving less that 200 patients a month to now over 1,000 per month.  We also invested in a group of our families who volunteered to help a village of 200 who had a contaminated water well.  Our enrolled families invested their time, some of their own money and this fund helped them buy the hand pump to complete the project.  Now an entire village has clean water.  These early success have led to more and more groups forming to improve their community!  Please invest in them.

Entrepreneurship is how 80% of the global society survive. Most are micro-ventures selling water, coal, food, etc.
A small capital infusion allows the participant to forgo credit and buy wholesale, decreasing their expenses by up to 20%. The result of the the cash investment is that the participants then lower their prices, attracting more customers thus increasing their profit.

Paying it Forward

To date thousands of other families have received assistance from participating families. Mutuality is the key. Anyone donating will get updates of any positive impacts and additional donations by others.  Watch the ripple effect that your investments catalyze.
