I’m Loza Maiko. I am twenty-eight years old, a wife to one husband, who is Losambo, and the mother of two children who are; Melesiana and Edward. Melesiana is 4 years old and Edward is 1 year old now. Melesiana likes eating rice with beans and she is in kindergarten school. My husband is a shoe mender; he also works hard to make sure that our children get food, shelter, and clothes as well as treatments and fees for our daughter Melesiana's schooling. Financing for my project will help me produce more food to sell which will increase my daily income. By so doing I will produce employment for Tanzanians.
My project aims to produce high-quality food, and distribute and cook at social events. If this project is funded, it will be a help in my life, my family's life and my employee's life. The biggest challenge I am facing is the lack of modern cooking utensils that will make me withstand the competition in the restaurant market. If I get the money I asked for, then the good Samaritans will have saved me from this challenge and I will work hard so that I can help my colleagues with challenges like the one I am going through.
