The business of selling potatoes within Bunagana community is so beneficial to both the seller and the buyers. This project responds to the community needs since Bunagana is a small town with high rate of population who need food. It also helps me to earn daily income which enables me to respond to my personal needs and make long term investment.
I am NDIZEYE JANVIER and I deal with growing of potatoes which I consider to be the best business within my community. Whatever people eat is the fruit of agriculture which means that agriculture is life. It also has good market because everyone has to eat and therefore, provides best income.
I am planning to improve the packaging system so that the potatoes can also be exported all over the world. This process will require to have enough labor and therefore, I will provide employment some people within my community.
I am a son of a farmer by profession and farming has always been so crucial in my community. Living in Bunagana within my community I have noticed that the population is growing higher than the production in terms of food but also many people dislike agriculture especially youth. I grow potatoes that I supply to thousands of people in return of money and this helps them to survive.
