About The Project
Providance Nyirarukundo rears goats from her home in Rwamwanja. She says goats multiply very fast and they have helped her because she sells them when her family has an urgent need.
She plans to expand this project by buying more goats and taking care of the goats so that they increase and this will also help her to expand her business of selling food items since she sells goats to add capital in that business
Paying it Forward
As a member of the Village Health Team, Providance's husband receives many cases of needy community members who need medical care and he has to refer them to health centres but many are often too poor to even afford transport and he helps some of them by sharing his resources and taking them to the health centres. They hope to support these people more when their businesses expand
