About The Project

Annet Kyomugasho is a farmer who rears goats for sell. When she received financial support of $100 from CII Project, she used it to buy two goats. She now plans to further expand her businesses by adding more goats, constructing a house for them and providing all drugs they need. 
She believes that will help her goats grow faster, multiply more quickly and increase her income.


Paying it Forward

Annet hopes that she will provide regular supply of goats to butchers in her village for meat. She also has friends with whom they are in saving groups and she will have more money for saving which members borrow and invest in their own businesses

Backstory

Annet Kyomugasho lives with her six children who are all in school. She likes her community because she has lived there for a long time. She is happy that her children are going to school though the cost of their education is high compared to her income

Her main challenges include having a small piece of land, yet she wishes to pursue and expand goat rearing and the schools in her community are not good.
