About The Project

Mbarimo Kayira is a farmer who rears goats at his home in Base Camp 4 village in Rwamwanja refugee settlement, Uganda.

Mbarimo buys goats and rears them and he sells them after they have produced and multiplied. He has experience in rearing goats and is passionate about it.

He plans to further improve goat rearing by constructing an appropriate shelter for the goats


Paying it Forward

Mbarimo hopes that his business will provide a reliable source of goats for meet and farming, and will provide employment to youths 

Backstory

Mbarimo lives with his wife and their 8 children and 7 of them are in school and their family has lived in Rwamwanja for 7 years as refugees from Congo 

His family also grows maize and beans for sale and home consumption
