With an initial investment Imelda bought goods for her store in larger quantities thus increasing her profit margin. She added millet and maize flour, soya and rice among other products to her inventory. She also put some money into her savings plan. Sharing experiences with other project members has helped improve her business. From increased profits she seeing her family’s standard of living improving. As her business grows she will offer employment to others in her community.
She has shared her business and project experience with friends. She promotes education and business and vocational skills, especially for youth and women.
