In her restaurant, Francine sells tea, snacks, cooked local food. She recently diversified and started selling fresh food items like bananas and irish potatoes, a move she says does not only give her another source of income but it also facilitates the restaurant since she cooks food she buys from suppliers, not retailers who sold to her expensively.Francine hopes that she will employ youths to work in her restaurant when it expands
