About The Project

Claude Stanislus’ dry goods retail shop has been progressing well and he attributes this to his customers, additional income from his boda-boda and financial support from CII Project.

He now plans to expand his business so that people with smaller retail shops can start buying/shopping from him


Paying it Forward

Claude is a chairman of boda-boda motorists in his community and he is mentoring youths to similar businesses and he thinks if he would help more of them if his businesses expanded

Backstory

Claude is a 30 year old man who lives with his wife and two children in Rwamwanja as refugees from Congo. Alongside the shop, Claude runs a boda boda business and his wife also sells food items like tomatoes and cooking oil in front of their shop.

He says his family enjoys mutual support from his neighbors and he is proud that he lives and works from his own house
